Every project starts with a site visit to discuss the plans, priorities and practical considerations. We then prepare a personalised quotation that can be reviewed and adjusted to suit the agreed requirements before work begins.

One point of contact throughout the project
A dedicated point of contact is assigned for the duration of the work, helping you understand what to expect as the project progresses. Our site team also works to minimise disruption, maintain an orderly working area and clean up as the work proceeds.
Building work can be coordinated with our property maintenance, kitchen installation, bathroom installation and decorating services.
